What Teams Often Ask
Do we need to have a data team before starting?
No. Most of our engagements are with teams that do not have a dedicated data function. The work begins from wherever your team currently is and builds from there using tools and processes you already have in place.
What happens in a Decision Clarity Session?
We work through a structured conversation about how your team currently collects, reads, and acts on information. At the end of the session, we write a short note summarising observations and three to five practical suggestions your team can try without any system changes.
How long does the Reporting Habits Advisory take?
The four sessions are typically spread over six to eight weeks, depending on your team's schedule. This pacing allows time to try things between sessions and bring back what worked and what did not.
Is the Data Practice Programme suitable for large organisations?
The eleven-session programme works well for departments or cross-functional teams of five to twenty people. For very large organisations, it is often worth starting with one team and using that experience to shape a broader rollout later.
Are sessions conducted in person or remotely?
Sessions can be conducted either way. Clients in the Klang Valley often prefer a mix of in-person and remote. For teams based outside Selangor or Kuala Lumpur, fully remote delivery works well and has no impact on the quality of the engagement.
What tools or software do we need?
None that you don't already have. Advisory work is built around what your team uses day to day — whether that is spreadsheets, shared folders, project boards, or standard office productivity tools. We do not require or recommend any specific software.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per engagement, not per person or per hour. The Decision Clarity Session is RM 520, the Reporting Habits Advisory is RM 2,300, and the Data Practice Programme is RM 4,600. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit and inclusive of the deliverables listed for each programme.
